This is how you shop at Gundam-store.dk

  • Find the product(s) you want to buy and put them in the shopping cart.

  • Go to checkout and accept terms and conditions.

  • Enter contact and delivery details - proceed to delivery
    (If you already have an account, you can log in)

  • Select delivery method - proceed to payment

  • Select payment information and billing address

  • Review that all information is correct and approve your order.

  • You will then receive an order confirmation by email.

  • As soon as the shipment is packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive an email with shipping information so that you can track the shipment in the delivery process.

Order

At Gundam-store, you can only order goods via our website. If you have inquiries or wishes for items that are not on the page, please feel free to contact us by phone, email or chat.

All prices are incl. VAT and other charges. The prices are daily prices, and we reserve the right for printing errors, stock errors and price changes.

When you shop at Gundam-store, all agreements are concluded in Danish.

Payment

Gundam-store accepts the following types of payment:

  • Payment card (Dankort, eDankort, MasterCard, Visa)
  • Paypal
  • Mobilepay
  • Anyday

Gundam-store.dk uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

Delivery

We ship to all countries in the EU + Norway.

Goods in stock are shipped the same day as far as possible if the order is placed before 12.00. There may be special exceptions in relation to holiday, in which case it will appear clearly on the page.

Packages empty 20 kg. is sent with GLS and has an expected (but not guaranteed) delivery time of 1-2 working days.

Gundam-store cannot be held responsible for late deliveries when the packages are delivered on time to GLS.

How GLS delivers:
  • GLS can deliver to any person at the receiving address. It is the recipient's own responsibility to pass on to a possible att. person. In certain countries, neighbor delivery may occur if the recipient cannot be found at the address.

  • If GLS cannot find anyone at the recipient address, GLS delivers the package to a GLS ParcelShop or a GLS depot. Recipient receives information about this. After 7 calendar days, GLS returns the package to the sender.

  • GLS reserves the right to deliver to a different PakkeShop than the one chosen by the customer.

If you do not pick up your package in GLS' Parcel Shop within the specified deadline, the package will be sent back to Gundam-store, and all costs associated with the return (including return freight as well as possible customs clearance and other fees) will be offset against your receivables for the returned items goods.

*If you wish to pick up your order in person at Gundam-store, this must be agreed prior to ordering.*

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal on goods purchased at Gundam-store.

How to cancel your purchase:

Cancellation must be notified in writing to info@gundam-store.dk no later than 14 days after you have received your order. In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The notice must contain the following information:
  • Order number
  • Recipient's contact information

When returning in accordance with use of the right of withdrawal, both the product and the product packaging must be in the same condition as on receipt. If you have broken the packaging or otherwise changed the condition of the product, the right to return will expire, as the product in this case will be considered used.

How to return your order if you regret your purchase:

Returns must be made no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you have regretted your purchase, and you must bear all return costs yourself.

You are also responsible for ensuring that the return shipment is properly packaged for transport. If the product arrives at us damaged as a result of insufficient packaging (this is assessed by the damage handling at the shipping company), the purchase amount will not be refunded.

We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or to a parcel shop.

How we refund the purchase amount:

We carry out repayment with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act.

The right of complaint applies exclusively to faults in the product (material and/or manufacture), and does not apply to cancellation of purchase, as well as to faults or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.

How to advertise:

Complaints must be notified in writing to info@gundam-store.dk prior to return.

The complaint must contain the following information:
  • Order number
  • Recipient's contact information
  • Detailed information about what the complaint is about.
  • Photos of the fault on the product - this can help with a quick solution.

We naturally want to find the best solution for you, and therefore assess together how we compensate in the specific situation.
It can, for example, be an exchange of the product (if possible), a full refund, or a reduction in the price.

If the item is to be exchanged:

Gundam-store will cover shipping costs for exchanges.

In certain cases, we can ask for the defective product to be returned. In that case, we will send you a link to our return portal.

In the event of a full refund or price reduction:

If you want money back, we will make a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

In certain cases, it may be necessary to provide your account number so that we can refund the amount via bank transfer.

Freight damage (complaint)

All complaints must be made in writing to info@gundam-store.dk , after which Gundam-store will handle the matter in cooperation with the selected shipping company.

If the contents are damaged or missing due to shipping damage, the recipient must make a complaint immediately after delivery and no later than 4 days after delivery , as all claims are otherwise forfeited.

The complaint must contain the following information:
  • Order number
  • Recipient's contact details
  • Detailed information about what the complaint is about.
  • Photos of damaged package(s) and packaging. Package no. must be clearly visible in the pictures.

    NOTE : Without sufficient photo documentation, the recipient may be required to make the damaged package ready for collection at the delivery address in original packaging. If this is not possible, the right to compensation is lost.
    If the damaged package is moved from the recipient's address before it has been possible to inspect the package, the right to compensation also expires.

Return of goods

Regardless of the reason for the return (right of withdrawal or right of complaint), a prior agreement must be made regarding this.

Gundam-Store only covers return costs if a prior written agreement has been made to this effect. In such cases , we will send you a link to our returns portal.

Pre-orders

Products marked with "Pre-order" are in remote storage and can be taken home on order. You must therefore agree that there may be a long waiting time. For the same reason, special rules apply to payment and delivery.

Ordering and delivery of Pre-orders:

Products marked with "Pre-order" are not in our own physical warehouse. We order directly from the distributor on the same day, and the expected delivery time will appear under the product. Please note that the delivery date may change continuously. You can stay up-to-date under the product you have ordered, which is updated every day. The delivery date is taken directly from the distributor and is not something we can influence.
We do not part-deliver products in this category. If you order several products, some of which are in stock and others are in remote storage (Pre-orders), all products are sent together in one order when they have been received in our warehouse.

If you want stocked goods immediately, they must be ordered separately.

Payment of Pre-orders:

If your order contains one or more products in the Pre-order category, the amount is reserved on your account, but only withdrawn when we ship from our own warehouse.
Note, however, that there are certain exceptions.

Exceptions:
  • If you pay with Quickpay (Payment card, MobilePay or Paypal), according to Quickpay's conditions, the money must be withdrawn within 179 days, therefore the money will be withdrawn from your account within 179 days, even if the item has not yet been dispatched from us.

  • If you pay with Anyday, according to Anyday's conditions, the money must be withdrawn within 28 days, therefore the money will be withdrawn from your account within 28 days, even if the item has not yet been dispatched from us.
