Pre-orders & Orders

Here you will find answers to the most common questions about pre-orders, delivery, payment, and orders at Gundam-Store.dk.

⚠️ Important about pre-orders

  • Delivery dates may change from manufacturer and distributor.
  • Payment may be charged before the item arrives in stock.
  • Orders containing both in-stock items and pre-orders will be shipped together.
📦 When will I receive my pre-order?

Delivery dates for pre-orders are indicative and come directly from our distributors and manufacturers.

Dates can therefore change continuously, both forward and backward, without notice.

As soon as we receive the items in stock, the order will be packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

💳 Why is the money charged before the item is shipped?

For pre-orders, payment may be reserved or charged before the item physically arrives in stock.

This depends on factors such as:

  • Your payment method
  • How long it takes before the item is released
  • Shopify's payment system

This is normal for pre-orders and also secures your reservation of the item.

    "Please note for pre-orders: Banks only reserve funds for 7-14 days. After this, the funds may be released back to your account. The order is NOT cancelled. We only actually charge the money when we dispatch the item from our warehouse OR if the payment is about to expire.

🚚 Do you ship in-stock items and pre-orders together?

Yes. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-orders, the order will be shipped together once all items are in stock.

If you wish for faster delivery of in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders.

❌ Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes, but since the item is ordered specifically for you, we need to be notified as soon as possible via email.

📅 How accurate are release dates?

Release dates are estimates from manufacturers and distributors and can change multiple times along the way.

This applies particularly to products from Japan, where delays in production, transport, and customs can affect delivery times.

📬 How do I know when my order has been shipped?

You will automatically receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and shipped.

Remember to check your spam/junk folder as well.

🛠 What if there are errors or missing items in my order?

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or email.

Please attach images and your order number so we can assist you more quickly.
