NOTE: Attached image is a combination of various kits, using the Type-E limbs, weapons, face plate (on bike) and helmet in conjunction with the 30MM Wild Bike, 30MS Type G01 body, 30MS Color A thighs, Multi Cloth option kit and more.
After the 30MS line started with Rishetta back in 2021, Bandai decided to make a crossover/bridge model line in 30MM by introducing the Acerby, as part of the Maxion faction, a more human-like artificial being, than their Spinatio/Spinatia mechs.
Whether the Acerby are 15 meter tall girlypop mechs or if they're human sized, is ambiguous, leaving it up to the reader - Regardless, they're made to be compatible with the 30MS models, having an internal head part that you can attach a standard sized face plate onto.
Aesthetics:
If the Type-D was a reference to Rishetta with its black and orange color scheme, the Type-E is a better fit for 30MS Neverlia and is also visually compatible with the Spinatia Reaper Type, sharing some of the darker purple plastics.
Her face plate is purple with transparent dark purple eyes, which looks like a feminine classic 'grey alien', it is compatible with 30MS heads and the Acerby head fits a regular 30MS face just fine.
Type-E, in general, reflects a girl with an oversized head compared to her very slim body that has a notable bust above its slim waist line. Interestingly, it has a navel divot molded on its abdomen. It uses wider broad sole 'sneaker feet' than some of the other Acerby, who have petite heeled feet. The head lacks any sort of 'hair' features, but instead has a more comprehensive helmet structure with a transparent red visor.
Overall she looks like an agency operative.
Compatibility:
Plenty of 3mm holes to put stuff onto.
Due to the purple parts, the model is a dead ringer for Neverlia, Turbo Costume Y (Color C), the Chaser Costume and the Type G01 body part kit (Color A).
Since the Acerby seem to be made specifically to bridge 30MS models with 30MM, you can easily swap heads, arms, legs and other parts, with the exception of things like hands, the bust and some of the ringlets depending on how you merge thighs with legs (just use the opposite kit's rings instead).
While you can't put a 30MS cleavage on an Acerby or a smaller Acerby bust/chest plate on a 30MS, you can simply swap the body out, even if it looks proportionally different.
Putting the more 'mechanized' looking arms and legs on a 30MS works just fine, it gives them a cyberpunk look, while 30MS limbs on an Acerby makes them look more biologically streamlined.
The internal head part is a little different from 30MS head structures and is made to fit the 'helmet head' shells, so you can't fit a regular skin colored 30MS part into the shells and you can't really fit hair onto the purple 30MM head part. The point being that under the chin, you'll have that color discrepancy in both directions.
Equipment:
1 Cute Alien Face plate
1 purple Submachine Gun with a silencer (detachable, has a flat 30MM gun part tab and is attachable to 30MM weapons)
1 purple Knife with a dark purple transparent blade, holdable and attachable to the SMG as a bayonet
1 Beam Katana with a purple hilt and transparent red blade
1 Scabbard for the katana
5 Hands - Spread open pair, holding pair and an angled right holding hand, one set of back-of-the-hand plates shared between them all
1 Red Visor that is detachable from the head, has its own little part that you can attach it onto (on the waist for example)
1 set of armor, Waist Armor with side skirts, C-clip and 3mm attachment points, a replacement chest plate and a pair of small shoulder plates
1 Acerby Ring Set, upper arm and thighs with and without 3mm pegs
1 pair of Acerby Heeled Feet in case you don't like the flat foot sneakers
Various Spinatio parts (extra waist, upper arms, etc.)
Conclusion:
I bought the kit because I have a lot of 30MS bodies and heads lying around that need arms and legs, so it was a great opportunity to try out an Acerby kit. On its own it's a fun kit, there's no doubt about that, and the modularity definitely shines through, especially with the various extra attachment points.
There's a lot of potential for combining and the helmet alone is a good example of that, adding a less clunky and more form fitting helmet option than the various 30MS Turbo/Rydera helmets.
