MG LM314V21 Victory Two Gundam Ver. Vielleicht 1/100

When the kit is stood up straight or put in a pose on an action base, it's solid as a rock and looks fantastic. The bicep connection is, however, a little annoying to deal with when fiddling with him, as they have a tendency to detach. The legs are connected by ball joints, so you can't really get any wide spreads out of them. Aside from that, the legs have no issues being pulled forwards or back, and the knees have a nice double jointed bend.

The standard beam sabers and beam rifle feel a little loose in the hands, but somehow don't fall out unless you want them to. The beam fan effect part is a little too top heavy, so you have to balance it in the hand for it to stay in place.

The build itself is pretty unusual, but a fun and interesting experience. You have to be a little careful with all the C-Clips in the build, as they easily stress if put in wrong. There's only a very small amount of polycaps used in the build (two, IIRC), so that may be a plus for some people. There's a surprising amount of color-correcting stickers included for all the red circles, but they're all very easy to paint on instead.

If you're a fan of the Victory Gundam anime, or just really like the sleek design, it's definitely recommended - just don't expect a lot of dynamic poses.

The Victory 2 Gundam is an ambitious model kit and a mix between a transforming kit and a combiner, consisting of three components (plus the rifle).

Aesthetics:
This is one of the two downfalls of the kit. The major flaw is that the head is tiny compared to the rest of the body (because it has to fit inside of the Core Fighter) and that the shoulders are so high up, or the head is so far down, that they look parallel to the head like they're hunched up, making for an awkward looking silhouette.

The kit comes with a Ver.Ka decal sheet and a sticker sheet, with foils and the red rings that are on the elbows, knees and side skirts (which fit awkwardly).

Mechanics:
This kit uses a lot of C-clips and friction fits, which means it's a parts dropper and things fall off when you handle it.
The arms detaching from the shoulders is especially an issue, due to the peg inside of the shoulder lifting out of the bracket it's in.
Because it's a combiner/transformer, the model has a limited range of movement, but the biggest issue is that it comes apart when you move the arms or legs, so it ends up being an exercise in frustration without a good result.

What it *does* do competently, is combine. The body, despite being made of three parts and somehow fitting a lot of runners' worth of parts, is surprisingly solid. Because there are two Core Fighters you can recreate the top and bottom fighters. The fighter combinations, however, aren't that solid.

1 Beam Shield - Equipped on either elbow, but is very awkward to pose
2 Beam Saber Hilts - Stored in the elbows
2 Beam Saber Effect Parts - Light Pink
1 Beam Saber Fan Effect Part - Lighter Pink
4 pairs of swappable fingers - Trigger finger, holding, fist and spread open fingers
1 Base Adapter
1 Shakti Mini-fig and two pilots, Uso and Mabel, the latter which has a bosom
2 tiny Eye Pieces, that fit over the left eye on either head (there are two heads, one in each Core Fighter)

This all seems like a lot, but it's a meager loadout.

Conclusion:
It's funny how the art on the box makes the model look like a chump.
For all the flaws, I actually like the model. Playing around with the transformations is fun - Once.
Aesthetically it's unlike anything else, it has interesting lines and a compact build, very much like a concept car, which is fitting since the model kit feels like one. Pretty, not practical.
I recommend it if you like something that's different. It's fun to build something that completes in segments and then assembles.
This is probably one of the worst Master Grades you can get though, I'd recommend kits that are 15 years older than this one.

All though cool looking its super complex and tricky to build.
It’s also really bad in the pose ability area. Good thing is you get two heads and two torso/core fighters so if you like to paint and customise it you can do two different color versions in one.
